Senior Dairy Technologist with around 60 years of experience working in India and Europe. Holistic experience in operations, project management, turnkey project consultancy and product development. Also handled small to large scale milk and milk products processing units (5000 – 500,000 liters/day).

Some of the prestigious assignments undertaken include Unilever - Germany, Flurrys Ice cream - Kolkata, Jumbo Ice cream - Kolhapur, Tata Global Beverages - Mumbai, Britannia - Bangalore & Kaurina’s Kulfi, Dallas - USA.

Worked as Technical Adviser to M/s.Lechler India Pvt. Ltd. (Germany) and Illies Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., (Germany) for introducing their products to the Indian Dairy Industry.

Recipient of Certificate of Excellence from Ice Cream Manufacturers Association, Maharashtra.

Life Time Achievement Award from IICMA (Indian Ice Cream Manufacturers Association) for contribution to the ice cream industry.
